While admitted at the hospital, Dr. Nguyen was my surgeon for an emergency appendectomy. He was knowledgeable and had great bedside manner, while patiently answering my questions and helping me feel at ease with the changes of my health / what to expect with surgery. For my follow-up visit, the receptionist at the office was also extremely kind and personable. Extremely grateful that everything went very smoothly – I felt like I was in really good hands throughout the entire process!
